Eulanda Sanders is an Associate Professor in the Department of Design & Merchandising at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She earned her doctorate of philosophy in 1997 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from the College of Education and Human Sciences (formerly Human Resources & Family Sciences) in Textiles, Clothing & Design. In 2009 she launched Yo-San Studio, LLC where she serves as Design Director for her signature collections of wearable art textiles. Eulanda has exhibited 55 separate pieces of fiber and wearable art in juried exhibitions. Among Eulanda’s numerous recognitions, her wearable art has been recognized with honors from the International Textile and Apparel Association, the Surface Design Association and presentation from Her Royal Highness, the Princess of Thailand at the ASEAN Collaboration on Sericulture Research and Development Conference and the Queen Sirikit Institute of Sericulture.
