When you hear the word "Bible", what comes to mind? A "textbook," a sort of bastion of truth that needs to be obeyed and defended? Or maybe it's a "handbook," a sort of "disciplopedia" full of wisdom for parenting, business, friendships, and how to run a church? Did you know the Bible is actually a narrative? A single Story of 5 Acts. "Getting the Big Picture" will walk you through the first 3 Acts of God's one Story—from creation to the end of the Old Testament— in a way that's understandable and engaging. And, your journey will be in the order it most likely happened, not the Table of Contents of your Bible. This course is taught by Fran Sciacca, a veteran Bible teacher and excellent communicator. Each of the three courses were recorded live before a large audience from nearly 20 different churches.
