Memories on the plate

When I started this book, I did it for my children to ensure they had a little bit of home always with them. The story starts from the beginning of the last century, introducing all the family members and the peculiar tales we have experienced, complete with period pictures and all our special recipes (123 of them) to go with them. Giving you the opportunity to join my family at our table and learn to cook and eat what 3 generations enjoyed every day. A very simple, healthy and tasty food prepared in no time.
