Winchcombe Flower Show - a history

The history of a traditional English country event, a Flower Show held annually in a historic Cotswold Town on the August Bank Holiday, with entertainment; also two supporting events, a Horse Show and a Hunter Trials, to support the Flower Show funding against bad weather, a frequent event during the English summer. Lists of the main individuals involved are included where possible, though many records are missing and anecdotal reports are relied upon.
