Dying to Get to the Future

Richard Green had doubted if he and his wife Helen would ever get to the future. After all, Cryonics was in its infancy when they’d signed up to be frozen. But she’d been convinced so he happily followed her into the void. When it worked, it took a long time to accept. He was now looking forward to having their family and friends join them. It had been a long time since they’d all died. But thiers would be a different journey entirely. Because they will be retrieved from the past, at the very instant they die! iSys, the descendant of the Internet, had developed the ability to manipulate time. And at the point of death can transfer someone’s dying mind from out of the past, into one of the future's artificial bodies. But some of these ‘retrievees’ are being taken by a mysterious black form. And the disturbing truth that links them all, could mean the destruction of the universe itself!
