A BORN LEADER

Leaders are not made born with the knack to be at the helm without being impulsive or intrusive about their ideas or desires for society. Leaders are visionaries and followers of the dictum of community they resides. They allow others to be the best they could aspire and yet be inclusive in the skills. Leaders empower women and the young to infuse much needed energy to sustain development. Leadership must encourage and encompasses business, political and community sectors. A leader should be principal player in the initiation of projects or programs that others can follow easily. Leaders do not desert but encourages others to do better than he/she who leads in their behalf. This work nudges the young to aspire for leadership in the various communities. The glory in bringing relief to a fellow being surpasses all life’s elations. I write to raise funds for building of Njawara village hospital.
