When we look at many books in the business context, they study giant companies which are established in the US (Google, Facebook, etc). But there are many companies out there that don't have the resources that these companies have. This book has been written for these kinds of companies. The author has a background in establishing a scalable software company and wants to share some bottom-up experiences for young entrepreneurs to manage their teams effectively.
