Tibco (The Information Bus Company) provides a large set of tools to make enterprise application integration easy and help companies building an SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) driven IT landscape. The first part of this book gives a detailed introduction into the following products of the Tibco ActiveEnterprise Product-Suite: Tibco Rendezvous (RV), Tibco Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS/JMS), Tibco BusinessWorks (BW), Tibco Software Development Kit (SDK for Java and Cpp) and Tibco Hawk. In the second part "Tibco Best Practice" the author gives examples how even a huge number of IT systems can easily but also efficient be integrated. What strategies and architectures have proven them self to be rock-solid and how a SOA-Environment can be easily be implemented with the products from Tibco.
