Student orientation to the simulation lab. Problem identification, change theory, and strategies will be discussed. Why do some students fear the simulation lab while others thrive? Should the simulation lab be utilized as a learning tool, or as an assessment tool? Does Faculty knowledge and understanding of simulation best practices play a role in whether or not students embrace this learning activity?
