Gàidhlig fo Chuideam is not a language course.
It is a communication tool.
This booklet presents 52 short Gaelic utterances used in real conversation when conditions are imperfect: when speakers hesitate, when pressure rises, when timing tightens, and when fluency is incomplete. In these moments, conversation does not break down because of grammar, but because the social and cognitive load arrives faster than words.
Rather than teaching Gaelic step by step, the booklet approaches language diagnostically. Each utterance is presented in context, showing how it functions to stabilise interaction: slowing pace, holding position, redirecting focus, setting boundaries, or keeping a conversation alive long enough for meaning to emerge.
Gàidhlig fo Chuideam forms part of the MC³ Method Series, which treats communication as a live system shaped by pressure, rhythm, and presence rather than correctness alone. The phrases are not intended for memorisation or practice exercises. They are included for recognition — to support awareness of how minimal language can maintain continuity under strain.
This publication is designed for readers with some exposure to Gaelic who wish to understand how conversation operates in real conditions, as well as for communication professionals interested in applied language use in high-pressure environments.
This is not a course.
It is a method artefact.
