Duchinos and Duchessinas

A young American man is sent to Italy to marry a Contessina. He finds four children living in the castle and his wife gives birth to six more. During the course of the marriage, he becomes a father figure to yet three more children and raises them as his own, all the while feeling like a stranger in their midst.
