This is an analytical research paper in which the issues and problems implied by Khaled Hosseini's contemporary novel The Kite Runner. The issue, namely being child molestation and sexual abuse, gives way to the theme of the paper, dealing with the negative psychological repercussions associated with rape. It cites both the National Psychological Bulletin and many other professionals within the field.
