Acercamiento: Child and Adolescent Anxiety Program

Integrating key theoretical concepts and findings from ongoing research, this intervention manual presents clear guidelines for conducting an exposure-based cognitive behavioral program for phobic and anxiety disorders in Hispanic/Latino children and adolescents. To facilitate implementation procedures, interventionists are provided with handouts in Spanish and English as well as information about key Latino cultural concepts and corresponding strategies for incorporating these concepts in the treatment of youth and their families. www.asu.edu/acercamiento
