Repentant Magadalene

Magdalene is repentant. What for? She knows not exactly: moments when she decided to trail, others when she stood still; for loving or not loving, for losing herself or holding back, for giving in or denying herself. She is repentant of a life of crossed and intertwined paths, of lies that were known and secrets yet uncovered. What purpose had it all? What sense had the story that brought her there? A story that neither her memory, be it of the mind, the body or the heart, could tell coherently. However, it had brought her there.
