This manual would be also a basic guide to help students identify some of the poisonous mushrooms in the wild. Included in this manual are sections on the general features of the freshwater algae, fungi and lichens methods of sample collection and enumeration, using a dichotomous key to the identification of the more frequently occurring genera.
