The Water was Hot is a collection of eight stories that depict the smiles and anger of innocent minds. These are minds that dream of bigger things, but never figure out how to make them work. They suddenly plunge into evil to make things work. Just a few get it right.
In '18B', a young lady feels remorse for the evil she plans to do, and still goes ahead and does it. 'The Kidnap' is a tale of a young man, who at the point of engaging himself in an act, finds out his real self. In 'Sad Symphony' a young engineer weeps at the sight before him.
While it seems all the stories appear tragic, 'The Bachelor' and 'Sherikoko' completely bring in new smiles on our faces as we read about the ignorance of youthfulness.
'The Water was Hot, the theme story, is a story that is dear to the heart of the author, and every reader is bound to enjoy it.
