Cash & Carey

In this screenplay, Ben Carey has no money, his bills are past due, and his girlfriend is feeling neglected. While at work at his dead-end job, Ben receives a suitcase. Inside is a note from his uncle and more money than Ben ever thought he'd make in his lifetime. For a moment, living with unlimited spending money is a dream, but only for a moment. Ben discovers his uncle is missing, some ruthless, foreign mobsters are looking for the money, and a dirty cop wants a piece of the action. The stakes are raised when Ben discovers there is something other than money in the case--something even more valuable. Ben’s only way out of the mess is to team up with his pothead brother.
