Words: A Gift or a Curse

We use them every day; we write them out, we speak them aloud; through them, we express our emotions: anger, happiness, joy, depression, love, hate and so much more. Every time we use them we tell a story of our thoughts and feelings at that moment in time. Words, whether spoken or written, tell the world something about us. Our words hold power and Minka Ayton has the gift to understand the hidden meaning we don't want people to hear. Her mother called it a gift, for her it's nothing but a curse, a bearable curse.
