Cathryn has been keeping journals since the second grade. All I Could Bare, is her first collection of poems derived from those diaries of a troubled childhood, to her relationship with her mother, and her entrance into adulthood as she suffers from depression and extreme anxiety. After finding that love has failed her again, the only sense of salvation she finds is being in bed, staring at the ceiling fan to pass the day. She finally seeks help through therapy to find a way to control her anger and her yearning for love and acceptance, only to find, it is a long journey to finding oneself and happiness, where she realizes the importance of forgiveness.
