Since 2001 Chris Lloyd has been writing daily email to the Prime Minister of Canada. In 2009 Chris participates in a residency in Chicoutimi, QC, and exhibits the DEAR PM project in Val d'Or, QC and Aalst, Belgium. Most of the letters are written in badly-constructed French. Someone special becomes pregnant and there is a surprise addition to the family by years end.
