Perpetual Motion aka Dumb Bravery

Perpetual Motion is about Jude Swer, a man trying to find himself in a world that tells him he can only be accepted if his possessions are greater than everyone else’s. As he goes on a quest against appearances and superficiality he is introduced to Elise, a friend of his sister’s. He is amazed by the incredible love she is able to extract from the world, and becomes greatly inspired to be just like her. Very quickly they begin dating, but the isolation Jude feels when she is not with him leaves him a crippled insomniac, and makes his heart feel tortured. So, he replaces her absence with a celebrity recommended pin, called M.A.P. As he becomes hypnotized by the pin and starts losing his appreciation for life, Elise becomes scared off and breaks up with Jude, which leads him on an eye opening bike journey across the middle of nowhere
