As a starting point the project is organized using a rigid origami grid used in one of the partner models. Part of the model will compress and expand while other parts will remain rigid. Collapsing joints using bungee cord will be used to stretch the wire frame, this will allow the wire frames of the model to move. The conduit pipe will reach nine feet top to bottom and will be broken up into multiple pieces. Collapsing joints will be used within the tubing to move the pieces. These pipes of tubing can be grouped together because they can stretch. Due to this stretching and grouping a variety of different environments can be achieved. To allow the model to stand, thick walled rigid conduit pipes will be placed within the plan to hold up each rigid frame at the top. This model allows for many varieties in atmospheric qualities as these pipes can be grouped in many different ways. Therefore this model will be able to accommodate each scene of the play.
