“Kingmetolik Creek, Alaska” is a tale of Gary Owens, a widowed father of two small children, who after experiencing the devastating loss of the wife and mother, goes to Alaska. There, he buys an airplane, and becomes a bush pilot. As with any profession, the bush flying, wilderness lodge, and guide businesses have the very good, the in-between, and the very corrupt among their ranks. Gary Owens and the select group that he flies with, do their best to overcome the bad reputation that the unethical pilots give the trade. Gary and his friends will make every effort to do the right thing every time, even when they are out of sight of human eyes.
Gary is a man in search of a true relationship with his God, and in the wilderness of the Last Frontier, finds Him. With this relationship comes the promise of the perfect woman companion for him, and the faith to wait for her. She must also endure trials of her own to get to Alaska. The trials in her life could end it, if she were not the answer to many prayers.
