Introduction to Programming Using Java is a free, introductory programming textbook that uses Java as the language of instruction. It has no prerequisites. It is suitable for self-study or as a textbook for two semesters of college-level courses. It is available in two editions, one using the Swing toolkit for GUI programming and one using JavaFX.
