International law and trade law exist with each other. Sometimes they overlap and
determine mutual relations to each other in various countries. In addition to
international law and trade law, a country's national law also includes foreign trade
laws. The trade policies revolve around the trade policy formed by the ruling state
to keep the economy of that state alive. The trade laws are directly based on the
trade policy. Foreign trade laws include the laws and regulations that detect
obligations and constitute the national measures of a country in the form of import
and export, exchange of goods and services, and intellectual property goods. Law on
the basis of trade is a set of laws regulating trade relations. Trade-legal regulation is
a set of measures, laws regulating the sphere of trade of products, works and
services; it also governs the relations of participants in the market of goods, works
and services.
