Asbestos Through the Years

This book of poems describes how asbestos has affected people through the years. It tells about the history, the diseases, the anguish suffered by both the victims and the families involved. My husband died from mesothelioma on the first of June 1997 and it was devastating to find his death was caused because there were people who wanted to make a "buck" regardless of the lives that were lost. It is just heart-breaking to receive a diagnosis of any disease caused by asbestos and know that it is going to kill you through no fault of your own.
