This non-fiction book is an account of Denis' wilfully chosen life of five years' homelessness in the inner cities of Sydney and Melbourne. Denis chose this lifestyle in order to strip away all societal trappings and hopefully arrive at the real meaning of life. And there's certainly never a dull moment when you're grateful for a meal!
