My First ABC Colouring Book

Literacy development is not just about reading and writing for it is also about comprehension. The simple games we play with children such as naming of objects is just one of the many initial steps we take to develop the children’s literacy skills. Children’s experiences both inside the home and in early care and education settings play a significant role in the development of their emerging language and literacy skills. This activity book aims to reinforce the names of the familiar objects as well as introduce the children to the world of Alphabets. It can also be used to create an Alphabet frieze or be used individually as charts by the educators. Thus keeping in mind how children learn, JuzKidz has designed introductory books to assist children in learning how to read and write under the guidance of the caring and responsive adult.
