As an old man in failing health, Steve Palmer tells the story of his life as a youngster from a middle class family, his coming of age and his rise to the top of the world of commerce. To get there he sacrifices his family, friends and loved ones, only to find it gone in an instant. This is the story of women loved, women not loved and women who should have been loved.
