As Told To Me

This is a collection of stories that were told to me. Booker-Jack, The Dark Country, Catawompas, Whistle Me Up A Memory, Ghost, and Habu-Stomp. This collection includes everything from a light hearted story of how a family nurses a baby owl back to health, to a true story about an Okinawan boy, left fatherless due to war, how he befriends an American soldier, and the sad realities he must face due to his heritage "San bai-sama" the day of the rice gods. This story even includes some of the original Lu'chanese/Japanese language.
