One of the impediments to understanding the phenomenon of entrepreneurship is the lack of integration of different assumptions, units and levels of analysis that are implicit in its many conceptualizations. This book bargains and opens a pathway to integration by considering five strong chapters themed under theories and concepts and presenting them as an authoritative selection of the most significant approach, that seeks to boost the morale of entrepreneurs from each perspective. Key reference to academics and policy makers were made to guide its applications. Over the past 17 years, I have nurtured, partnered, directed and led many small to medium size businesses that had gone through several business turbulences ranging from financial crises to appropriate skills and management intelligence. I was successful in some of these businesses, in others, I ignored basic principles and the businesses collapsed sadly. Certainly, business is about being alert, applying rules, taking risk and competing favorably to sustain it. Value must be added to the business every day to cushion it into future treats. The zeal to continue pushing to that ultimate height has made me not only stronger, but vigilant when growing other businesses. “The Entrepreneurial Mind” presents a blueprint that will enlighten entrepreneurs to subscribe to success. Remember that, Entrepreneurs can change the way we live and work. If successful, their revolutions may improve our standard of living greatly. In short, in addition to creating wealth from their entrepreneurial ventures, they also create jobs and the conditions for a flourishing society. Your entrepreneurial mind must be extraordinarily sharp to be called an entrepreneur. Once you truly understand this, you will realise that it is not a case of IF, but WHEN you will succeed. This will give you the same absolute belief that all successful entrepreneurs started off with passion. If you don't have any opportunities, you'll find them. If you don't have the skills, you'll develop them. When you try and fail, you will learn and move forward. Essentially the only thing that separates those who make it, from those who don't, is how they deal with failure.
