1.1 Introduction: We know that, whenever a new project or a business is to be started on a large scale, a lot of money is required, it is not possible for one or two persons to generate so much funds for the business or project. In such situation, number of persons interested in the project or a business. They come together and form a company. These persons are called the promoters of the company and the company is called a Limited company. The promoters plan out every details of the project or business, estimate the required capital and decide to raise a certain amount of capital to start company. They divide this amount into small parts (units), this small units are called shares.
