The Counterfeiters Order

I dedicate this book to the family I grew up with: Chris, Stephen,Mandy. I dedicate this further to all the adventurous persons, family, and gangsters in my life; Kresimir, Matt, Johnny, Rob, Joey, Rubin, Carlos, and Mike. Though at times things have been rough, I have always managed to have an adventure. I hope you, my readers, enjoy this book, and remember though the end result may not be what you planned, try to adventure.
