An Orison of Magick

This book is in essence a travel version of a grimoire that one is meant to use when one is not in one’s temple and one does not have access to all of one’s library. One of the secondary aims of this book is to serve as a basis for and an example of what one would need to craft a book of one’s own, but with one’s own notes and insights based on one’s own experiences of both reality and the system of magick one is using. This book is structured around the fact that if it is in any way lost or destroyed, having used or studied it one can recreate it based on the texts it is drawn from. It is for this reason that one would travel with this book, or one like it, but not with one’s actual grimoire, which should be hidden and kept under lock and key. Another secondary aim of this book is to be a foundation and a part of a travel kit for the doing of magick, that one can use in the field, on the job.
