A group of troubled teens is trapped with their leader, Dr. Sane, in a cave, after a landslide blocks the entrance. They have no hope but to try to follow the maze like worm holes to the surface but soon they find they are not alone. A fifty year old secret is coming to life. While they fight to survive, they unwittingly unravel the mystery, but will the secret be lost forever in the cave.
