A stunning star-shaped doily made with 4-ply yarn. It has lots of texture due to having some popcorn stitches and bullion stitches. Shown here in earthtones and in Christmas colors, but it's beautiful in most any color combination. Use it for a centerpiece with the addition of a large round candle placed in the middle or if you make it in Christmas colors it makes a pretty doily to set a small decorated tree on. It would also look lovely sewn onto a sofa pillow.
