Although STRANGE SUSPENSE STORIES had a successful run, collecting the stories can be confusing: The series jumped from #5 to #16, and then changed its name for four issues (#23-26). It even had two different publishers! But don't let that worry you – we'll take care of keeping track of everything, and making sure you have all the terrific stories! SSS carries some great comic talent, including George Evan, Steve Ditko, and others. Some of the stories were controversial, and they're all great! We have the complete series in four great books! THE PUBLICATION OF THIS BOOK (AND MANY MORE) IS ONLY DUE TO THE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF GERRY TILLEY
