Ready to feel whole again

In this book contains the raw emotions and events through my childhood right into how I’ve felt into adulthood. The tales capture heartbreak, love, healing and the empowerment of getting through everyday life in itself. This book has a range of everything. It’s messy and chaotic and very unorganised just like me but yet it’s also very heartwarming and brave to put into words. I’m hoping if you pick up this book the feelings I’ve been through put into words help even just one person get through what ever life is throwing at them at the moment.
