First Lines: Commander Joseph Bennett had held a prominent position in the United States Interplanetary Air Force for quite a few years. When he worked his way up to Commander status, though, he received a lot of tributes from government officials. He moved his quarters to a bigger office in Washington, D.C., and quite often he was brought to Capitol Hill to talk with key congressmen and even, on occasion, the President of the United States.
