Soul Survivors is a self-help book for adults abused as children. The book is also the "big book" (like in AA) for an international self-help program called ASCA (Adult Survivors of Child Abuse) that provides on-ground, community based meetings (www.ascasupport.org) run by trained volunteers and various virtual meetings around the country and abroad. Currently, there are approximately 50 meetings around the US and 5-7 meetings abroad. The membership of this group did not take to the eBook format despite the low cost and accessibility for those out of those areas where on-ground meetings occurred. They have asked for a paperback version to be used in meetings The second edition includes all meeting materials included in the appendix that allows readers to start their own community based meetings. This is what this project is about.
