Church tradition states that there are exactly Nine Choirs of Angels: the Cherubim, the Seraphim, the Ophanim, the Dominions, the Virtues, the Powers, the Principalities, the Archangels and the Angel. In this book Rev. Jake Zabel takes a brief look into the traditional Nine Choirs of Angels and compares this tradition with the Holy Scriptures. In this book we shall have a brief discussion on all the Choirs of Angels, including the Aeons, Hosts and Watchers, which do appear in the history of the Church, outside of the mainstream tradition. We shall also discuss the concept of Angelic Species versus Angelic Careers, and shall conclude with my own list regarding the different types of Angels that we know of.
