Jane founded miworld following a career in the finance industry where she played a key part in a project that designed and implemented a new cutting edge product. After receiving awards for both the product and the service, she took a team of 12 up to 300 to cope with the demands of a workload increase in excess of 1000%
Her learning during these challenging times, both experiential and through her university studies strengthened her knowledge and stamina and increased her desire for creating great results. With the realisation that we are responsible for creating the world we live in, the philosophy of the business became miworld, miresponsibility.
Jane loves passionate people, admiring risk takers who create a business from something they love. She loves bringing order and methodology and watching how a business transforms and grows and says, "that's magic to me, working with these incredible people feeds my soul."
