The Fantasy

The Fantasy is a love story with a satisfying happy ending. Kaitlin Fletcher is a bitter and angry, recently divorced woman who trades in her apron for a career at one of the largest Department store chains in the United States. She becomes troubled by a reoccurring dream. The dream begins as a pleasant romantic walk along the shoreline. As the dream progresses the man sharing this interlude begins to feel like a shadowy stranger. When she attempts to see the mans face, she wakes with an anxious feeling. In the daylight hours, Kaitlin dismisses her night time dreams of finding her true love and pursues her goal of building a new life for herself. Unexpectedly, she is given the opportunity to further her career when two handsome corporate executives arrive at the store to renovate the business. Both of these men notice her and flatter her with attention. After abandoning her fantasy for reality she discovers that dreams are often the messengers that foretell the future.
