About Jason Dearn

Hello Peeps! Good to meet you all! I should give you all a little background about me, i was a retail manager for almost 30 years and have managed small teams in departments to multi location project management. The thing that motivated me the most was to ensure that my teams were looked after and allowed to rise and meet their full potential. There are far too many people who's idea of managing people is about degrading and subjugating the team members - My aim is to rid the work place of these old school dinosaurs. You may notice I have written the odd book on the gastric delight that is the Fish Finger Sandwich. It was the second book I wrote and it was written as a bet - I recently did a special promotional copy for Birdseye - Whilst not profitable it does make me smile.
