On Genius & Author's rights

GENIUS – the term which has been unbelievably distorted, above all by the media and showbiz of nowadays, thanks to which the majority of people is regarding such persons almost like semi-gods comparable with the supermen as we know them from the sci-fi movies. But the contrary is the truth: the term genius only describes a man with the superior IQ who is able of total separation of intellect from the impact of the will. If the genius had the nature similar to how the showbiz-media present it, then it would be quite impossible to see such terribly wretched fate as we can see it in many biographies... The common people didn't regard them as – so to speak by the language of showbiz-media – the “supermen” and neither they could; because the geniality isn't a banner worn above head, nor it consists in an extravagant behavior. Genius is – said by the words of Socrates – just “an interpreter of the ideas of the gods, possessed by a divine inspiration”.
