Jeffrey House is an entrepreneur, salesman, marketer, and raconteur. He holds degrees in economics, business studies, and marketing from three leading British universities: Sheffield, Bournemouth, and Westminster.His career began in account handling at American advertising agencies in London. In 1977, at the age of 26, he left England for New York City and then drove across the country to San Francisco.He launched his first company in 1980, importing British and Belgian beers and exporting California wines. In 1983, he expanded by starting to import cider to the US from the UK.A decade later, in 1993, he took a further step by opening a second corporation, the California Cider Company. This company also produced its own brand of cider, ACE, launched in the same year. ACE became the only craft cider distributed nationally across the US and grew into a successful 1.3 million case brand.With over 40 years of cider marketing experience, House is a recognized expert in the field. He has been featured in print media, on radio, television, podcasts, YouTube, and across social media platforms.
