Logan Knox is a loner. He likes to cause trouble. When he watches one of the school's new cheerleaders get carried off and locked up so she can be forced to take a drug test, he's curious to know more. He meets the dazzlingly beautiful Jamie Lynn Lambert, who's desperate not to take a drug test she knows he will fail. She convinces Logan to take it for her by dressing up in her outfit and using her wig. He agrees, as he like to mess with authority.
