The Crowning

The crowning feast of Achin, the youngest son of the Clan of Alm is only a few days off. It hasn't been easy being the youngest son, and the prospect that he will end up in the monastery is all too real, and not very appealing. The Kalth that his father has given him to keep against his crowning is more than slightly unusual, but Achin knows his father does not do anything without good reason. WIth time against him, can Achin solve the riddle set before him? Just how much blood must be shed, and how far must Achin bend before he can realize his dreams?
