The Triangle of Law® Version 2.0

Presently, each lawyer has his own, ill-defined, often peculiar and always idiosyncratic way of thinking about a law. The goal of the Triangle of Law® is to try to "standardized" how we think about a law. "Standardization" will make the manufacture of the linguistic vehicles whose job it is to carry our laws easier, well-defined, and consistent from lawyer to lawyer. In teaching a pre-law class to seniors at Monsignor Farrell H.S. in Staten Island N.Y., Bosco has stumbled upon - to speak boldly - a uniform theory of a law. Once the uniform theory of a law is understood, all laws become understandable.
