Ultimatum for evil and rebellion

You must have already heard, that Jesus said nobody knows about the last day except for the Father. But it is never told, nor considered that these words were uttured almost two thousand years ago and in context so speaking to his disciples then. It is never mentioned of the Holy ghost that was promised who would lead us to all truth. It is never affirmed the famous declaration in Amos that the Lord God does nothing without first revealing his intents to his servants the prohpets. And furthermore, it is stated in the scriptures that the day of the Lord cometh as a thief to those who are destined to destruction, but to the believers it is to be revealed as they shoud keep watching.
